3 Hour Package

starting at $500

Includes:

– Travel to location (within 100km)

– Set up / take down of mobile bar

– x2 bartenders for 3 hours
– Bar prep: cups, ice, mix, garnishes

– Removal of garbage and recycling (deposited in provided bins)

– 2m liability insurance

**Does NOT include alcohol

Alcohol Options

Option 1. BYOB

– Alcohol purchased and provided by host (you).

– Served to guests by Sweet Mountain bartenders.

– “Open Bar” or “Drink Tickets” during event.

– Drink ticket distribution organized by host.

– No cash handling between guests and Sweet
Mountain. (Tips welcome)

Option 2. Pre Purchased

– Drink menu “wish list” made in advance.

– Alcohol pre purchased by Sweet Mountain.

– Served to guests by Sweet Mountain bartenders.

– Pre order estimations required.

– Provisions purchased charged at +10%.

– “Open Bar” or “Drink Tickets” during event.

– Drink ticket distribution organized by host.

– No cash handling between guests and Sweet
Mountain. (Tips welcome)

**Public Events, Events on Public Property and/or Cash Bar Parties require additional permits.

Finer Details:

– 50% deposit is required upon booking confirmation.

– Cancellations are honoured up to 2 weeks (14 days) prior to event.

– Cancellations received less than 2 weeks (14 days) before event will not be refunded.
