About Us
Serving cool treats, delicious confections, specialty coffees and custom drinks; Sweet Mountain Ice is a sweet little “food truck” that has a little something for everyone.
Sweet Mountain Ice is a locally owned and operated Family Business found in (and around) Invermere, BC.
Sweet Mountain Ice came into the family through the entrepreneurial curiosity and drive of local twin sisters; Dannika and Cimone Zimmer.
Throughout high school, Danni and Cimone spent their summers at Sweet Mountain; managing the business from the ground up.
Off to university for September 2025, the girls have passed the torch to “Mom” (Kari Zimmer) who has decided to carry on and to diversify the business; now offering Mobile Bar Services for private events.
Community Engagement
At heart, we are all about our community.
We love being part of local events such as the annual Mountain Mosaic Festival, District of Invermere’s Movie in The Mountains & Local’s Live, Shuswap Band’s Salmon Festival, Bull Riding in the Rockies, Winderberry Columbia Valley Garlic Festival, Columbia Valley Smoke Show, Flasts Fest and many more!
We also like to experiment and try new things!

Private Events
Sometimes people love our drinks and our vibe so much that they want to share it with a whole bunch of friends, family or coworkers.
Reach out if you want us to cater the drinks for one of your events! We do everything from small private parties to large company meetups.
